At Namesake Embroidery Studio, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship; however, due to the personalized nature of our bespoke embroidered pieces, we only accept returns on items with manufacturing defects or errors in customization. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a resolution.

Our studio team will review your claim within 2-3 business days to verify the issue against your original order specifications.
Ship Your Item
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the unworn, unwashed garment in its original packaging.
Replacement or Refund
Upon receiving the return, we will prioritize a corrected replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
